Products & orders

All products sold through performaperformance.com are dietary supplements intended for use by healthy adults as part of an active lifestyle. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are as accurate as possible, but we reserve the right to update formulations or packaging at any time. Always refer to the physical product label for the most current information.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize

Performa Performance to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.

For subscription orders, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency selected at checkout. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@useperforma.com.

Refunds & returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where a product is received damaged or defective. If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@useperforma.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.

Performa Performance is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier in such cases.

Intellectual property

All content on performaperformance.com including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and brand assets is the property of Performa Performance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without our prior written consent.
